What are the different modes of payment?

We accept all international debit/credit cards for payments.



Do I need to pay for Free Trial?

No, free trial is completely free of cost.



Can I avail a group discount on the course?

Yes, we offer group discounts. However, the discount depends upon the number of people purchasing the course. You can contact us at support@gmatwhiz.com for details.



Can I buy more than 10 private tutoring sessions?

You can add more tutoring hours at any point in time. If you are yet to purchase the course, you can change the number of courses after adding the course to cart. For details, contact us at support@gmatwhiz.com



Can I get a refund if I don't like the course?

If you place a refund request within 7-days of purchase and have neither accessed more than 5% of the entire course nor accessed more than 10% of a particular level, we will refund 90% of the course fee. Please note that we won't be able to refund the 100% amount because we incur certain payment gateway charges for each transaction.



My course has expired. Can I extend it for one month?

Yes, you can extend your course by paying a small fee. Contact us at support@gmatwhiz.com. However, we will require you to provide the official mail of your GMAT test date.



Can I upgrade my course after purchasing it?

​​​​​​Yes, you can upgrade your course and buy the other section as well. However, please note that the expiration of the course will be linked to the date of purchase of the individual courses.

I am not doing well in GMAT. How will GMATWhiz course help me improve? Does the course come with a score guarantee?

GMATWhiz is confident that using the course will help you improve. However, at this point, we do not offer any score guarantee.



How much time will it take for me to complete the course?

The GMATWhiz course is adaptive, based on your skill level and target score. The course can be completed in around 2 months and it may take up anywhere between 6 to 8 months for you to adequately prepare for the test. our intelligent tool tells you exactly when you are ready to take the exam.



I need to practice a lot. How many questions does the course offer?

We have more than 600 questions each in Quant and Verbal section and we continue to add more questions each day. The questions are enough to ensure that you are well practiced for the test.
